How to live Stress free life ? As a human being, our life is too short and Stress is a major concern for many people, a hectic stressful job, a chaotic home life, bills to worry about and bad habits, such as unhealthy eating, drinking and smoking can lead to a mountain  of stress.

If your life, it is full of stress, there are some important things you can do to get your life to a more manageable level.

At the beginning of our childhood life and in our grown up sense, no one take responsibility to teach us how to face the stress, it should be first and prime responsibility of parents, then our education system and organization where we work, but mostly it seems like no one have focus on this aggravated and biggest issue in human life world is going to face.

1.Right parenting:




Most of the parent wants their child to be like what they want, that’s why at the very beginning, child start facing unhealthy competition with the neighbor child, society and even school, initially to satisfy their parents wish, they start feeling stress, but other way around parent do not feel necessary to teach them how to face the challenges and stress, how to manage this to go ahead in this war zone, sometime they even compare and criticize their child for not to doing what other child has succeed.

Every parent wants their child to be success in their future life, there is nothing wrong about it, but real success does not lie between two person competition and comparison. So first and foremost things for parent are to teach their child, how to manage stress in their journey of success.

2.Setting a passionate goal:




Goal big or small can be the stepping stones to a stress free life and the way we set them can make a difference to achieving them.    
           
Having goals for things we want to do and working towards them is an important part of being human.


The path towards our goals may not always run smoothly or be easy, but having goals whether big or small, is part of what makes life good.

It gives us a sense of meaning and purpose, points us in the direction we want to go and gets us interested and engaged, all of which are good for our stress free life and overall happiness.

3.Right planning of life:




One of the characteristics of life is that it is constantly changing, why you are feeling adrift, or simply want to figure out what your priorities are, you may want to consider writing a life plan. The beauty of a life plan is that it can give a structure to your life while also changing and growing as you do.

  • Determine your priorities.
  • Consider what roles you play in the present.
  • Think about the roles that you want to play in the future.
  • Find the reason why you want to play this role.
  • Write down your priorities
  • Think about your physical, emotional and financial needs.


4.Boost punctuality:




Running late can happen any day but you don’t have to let it stress you out. Try to be punctual to become a less stressful life


No, I am talking about one little thing that happens to people almost every day but can cause an incredible amount of stress-running late. Believe it or not, being stressed about running late can actually be worse for your chances of success than showing up a few minute behind schedule and gift you stress free life.

5.Good physical and mental health:

To enjoy good health, to  bring true happiness and stress free life to one’s family , to bring peace to all, one must first discipline and control one’s mind. If a man can control his mind, he can find the way to enlightenment and all wisdom and virtue will naturally come to him.

Good health is the secret of the every happy man, children should also maintain the health for the better growth and development of the body and mind, and also for the future, and they can be smart by their activities. Everyone needs to focus on their health and participate in the all activities for this field.

6.Financial management:




Take some time to write specific, long term financial goals, you may want to take a trip to somewhere, buy an investment property, or retire early. All of this financial management affects how you plan your finances.

For example your goal to retire early is dependent on how well you save your money now or if you work at private company then your need to secure yourself financially as soon as possible, others goal, including home ownership, staring a family, moving or changing carriers will all be affected by how you manage your finance.

Below are some tips on how to get clear on your financial goals:

  • Set long-term goals, like getting out of debt, buying a home, or retiring early.
  • Set short-term goals, like following a budget, decreasing you’re spending, paying down or no using your credit cards

7.Make a good hobby:




To live a stress free life with today’s stressful life style, it’s important to have some spare time that your take to do something, just for the fun of it. While there are many great hobbies to choose from, this is a list of hobbies that are particularly useful in relieving stress.

8.Live at the present moment:

Most of the times we worry to think either about past or about future, if you try to visualize, do we have any pain in our life right now? Hopefully you will find nothing most of the time.

To live in the moment, or now, means being conscious, aware and in the present with all of your senses, it means not dwelling on the past, nor being anxious or worrying about the future.




When we concentrate our attention on the present we focus on the task at hand, we give our full attention to what we are doing and we let go of outcomes.

To make every moment count we must embrace it, everything we do and every person we come in contact with deserves our full attention, even when resisting we should savor the moment. It gives us the opportunity to recharge, renew and gain clarity




Living in the present moment means letting go of the past and trusting in the future, when we are positive and optimistic in the present, we open the responsibility of a positive and promising future we owe it to ourselves to make every moment count now.

Tips for living in the present moment-

  • Train your mind to focus on the current activity.
  • Engage in, and feel what you are doing, enjoy the process.
  • Learn relaxation technique in order to be present in each moment.
  • Take notice of your surroundings- sights, sounds, smells, and ambiance.
  • Listen attentively to the conversation of others, music even silence.
  • Savor your food and drink taste each morsel.
